SGP was established in 2015, registered capital is 17 million U.S. Dollar (RMB120M), focuses on Liposomal IND for medicinal use and oral Liposomal for nutraceuticals. The total employee is around 100.

Shanghai Ginposome PharmaTech Co., Ltd. (SGP-Shanghai),is our R&D center, located in Shanghai,China  It covers an area about 1500m2. It is a complete R&D laboratories with 15 Ph.D and other R&D staff. There are more than 60 chemical hoods, 10 sets HPLC, GC, DAC-10, DAC-100, lyophilizer, high pressure homogenizer, microfluidizer, high-speed shearing machine, particle-size analyzer, etc. All R&D activities are conducted under established quality assurance system.
